Yes, we ship globally! Wherever you are located—whether in the UK, USA, Canada, or anywhere else—we use trusted international carriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your hair packages arrive safely and swiftly.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries within Lagos typically take 1–2 business days. Interstate shipping across Nigeria takes 3–5 business days, while international orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days depending on customs processing.

Can I track my hair package?

Absolutely. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track its journey.

What payment methods do you accept?

For our local and interstate customers, we accept secure bank transfers and card payments via our online checkout gateway. International customers can securely check out using credit/debit cards or global payment platforms.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

To maintain the security and efficiency of our logistics network, all orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. We do not support cash on delivery at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process and pack orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support line immediately if you need assistance.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygienic reasons and the premium nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong order specification, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange.
