Terms And Conditions

This Agreement was last modified on July 12, 2026.

Welcome to our website. By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. These terms govern the relationship between you (the customer) and our brand regarding your purchase of premium hair extensions, bundles, and related products.

Definitions

  1. The Company — Refers to our hair brand, based and operating out of Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in premium hair sales across diverse textures including Straight, Curly, Bounce, and Wavy.
  2. The Products — Refers to all human hair extensions, bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, and hair accessories offered for sale on our online platform.
  3. Hygiene & Safety Standards — Strict health regulations dictating that hair extensions that have been unraveled, worn, brushed, or altered from their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Product Accuracy and Textures

We make every effort to display the colors and natural textures of our hair products as accurately as possible. However, because our products consist of high-grade human hair, minor variations in texture pattern (especially within our Wavy, Curly, and Bounce categories) may occur. The Company does not guarantee that your computer or mobile screen will display the colors with 100% precision.

Order Processing & Delivery

All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Because we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), order processing begins only after a bank transfer or card payment is fully confirmed. Deliveries within Lagos, interstate shipments across Nigeria, and international shipments are handled by third-party courier services. The Company is not legally liable for unexpected transit delays caused by customs processing or regional courier backlogs.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with legal jurisdiction centered in Lagos State.
